Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.

Please ensure tender submissions are submitted before the tender close date and time.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

All tender questions must be raised via the online tender forum .

The scope of works for this contract include the following over two (2) sites:

  • demolition of existing site, earthworks and fine trimming, fencing, furniture, play equipment and edging.
  • Construction of new jr and senior playspace and associated landscape works, halfball court, concrete paths, drinking fountain, furniture, rubber softfall, a picnic shelter, rocks, logs, garden beds, supply and installation of plants including a 13-week maintenance of site.

All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the Schedule of Attachments.
