Wellington Shire Council invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for façade restoration work on the heritage listed Regent Theatre in Yarram. Works include the chemical removal of the paint coatings, replacement of drummy render and the application of breathable coloured finish.

The date for practical completion is 1 April 2021.

All tenderers must register with Council and obtain the tender documents, which are available from the tender section of the Wellington Shire Council Website.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late or email tenders will not be accepted.
