Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified consultants for Q080/2021, Geotechnical Investigations for Rangari Road Upgrade.
Rangari Road connects Main Road 63 (Fossickers Way) to the Kamilaroi Highway through three different Local Government Areas (LGAs). Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) and Gunnedah Shire Council (GSC) are partnering to upgrade the full extent of the unsealed sections of Rangari Road to a widened and sealed pavement within the respective TRC and GSC LGAs, covering an approximate length of 20 kilometres.
TRC are managing the survey and design of the full extent of the Project and this Request For Quotation (RFQ) is for the Geotechnical Investigations along the existing route and a pavement design report.
TRC's timeframe is to have the geotechnical investigations completed at the earliest opportunity and the pavement design report completed by no later than Friday 12th March 2021.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any submission and anyone who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
