The PHN is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Applicants to support delivery of After-Hours (AH) Primary care within the HNECC PHN region
The aim of this EOI exercise is to identify and pre-qualify organisations that have suitable experience and capability in the delivery or supply of the AH Program.
To be successful in the EOI, Applicants must meet the evaluation criteria as described in Segment A and must provide evidence of experience and capability to support the Program Components.
Applicants that are successful in the EOI process and are pre-qualified will progress through subsequent phases of the Project (Stage 3) involving:
- Co-design workshops to agree service specification;
- Request for Quote to assess costs against agreed delivery model specifications;
- Shortlist Interviews; and
- Recommendation and contract negotiation
