Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.

The scope of works for this contract include the following over two (2) sites: demolition of existing site, earthworks and fine trimming, fencing, furniture, play equipment and edging.
Construction of new jr and senior playspace and associated landscape works, concrete paths, drinking fountain, furniture, rubber softfall, a picnic shelter, rocks, logs, garden beds, supply and installation of plants including a 13-week maintenance of site. All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the Schedule of Attachments.
