Penrith City Council (Council) is seeking Tenders from suitably experienced contractors, for the refurbishment of 2 Childcare facilities within the Local Government Area (LGA).
Jamisontown Childcare Centre -70 Glenbrook St Jamisontown
Platypus Childcare Centre -61 Wardell Dr South Penrith
The scope of works has been divided into 2 separable portions and includes the following but not limited to:
Separable portion 1:
The refurbishment works including demolition, modification of services and works as detailed in attached architectural plans mentioned for Jamisontown Childcare Centre
Separable portion 2:
The refurbishment works including demolition, modification of services and works as detailed in attached architectural plans mentioned for Platypus Childcare Centre
Note: It is mandatory for all the tenderers to provide quotes for each of the separable portions. It is expected that both projects will run simultaneously
A non-mandatory pre-tender site visit will be held at 9:00 AM on 21 November 2020 to address key elements in the tender.
