Tender Description
The AFP seeks to engage a Service Provider with the appropriate skills, qualifications, experience, capability, and infrastructure to provide psychological assessment and related services to the AFP.
The Service Provider will provide Services to the AFP, to enable psychological assessment of nominated Candidates to determine if those Candidates meet the AFP Psychological Standards.
The Service Provider will be required to conduct psychological assessments of Candidate(s) nominated by the AFP for:
- pre-employment psychological assessments for prospective AFP recruits;
- psychological screening assessments for Candidates nominated by the AFP entering specialised roles;
- periodic Mental Health Reviews (MHR) of AFP Personnel; and
- AFP psychological-assessment related activities not otherwise specified.
