Alpine Shire Council is seeking the services of suitably qualified consultants to undertake the development of an Active Sport and Recreation Plan.
Council is committed to promoting and enabling improved health and wellbeing in the community. The Shire contains several sport and recreation facilities. User groups and groups with operational responsibilities are even more numerous and vary widely in their governance structure and needs.
Through development of an Active Sport and Recreation Plan Council seeks to understand priorities for Council action and partnerships that will enable further participation and health benefits in active recreation and sports activities across the Shire.
