Tender Description
The Fair Work Commission is seeking an Appian specialist partner to support the Commission’s Modern Awards application and database.
The shortlisted vendor will on engagement complete a paid review of the system in order to gain an understanding and familiarity of the product and the Commission's ongoing needs. Following review the seller in consultation with the Commission will develop an agreed work plan and service level agreement.
Key Responsibilities
-Assume overall responsibility for the support of the Modern Awards application and database as the Commission’s technical Appian / MYSQL expert.
-Root cause investigation and analysis of issues raised in order to determine the cause of or correction of problems.
-Installing patches, fixes and updates to the production system as needed while ensuring system availability and stability
-Maintenance of application and database
-Liaise with Appian Corporation in relation to the maintenance and upkeep of system and software.
-Work closely with Commission subject matter experts in developing and identifying future development requirements and system enhancements.
