Tender Description
CS Energy is investigating the benefits of securing a third party supplied bidding tool to perform all the relevant functions of bidding CS Energy’s portfolio into the NEM in accordance with the National Electricity Rules (the Rules) and invites interested parties with a demonstrated experience in providing bidding software to Australian market participants to register their interest.
The entire project is conducted in 2 phases:
Phase 1 - CS Energy is seeking expressions of interest from potential partners to provide a software solution and perform associated services as described in this EoI.
Phase 2 – After evaluating responses from Phase 1, CS Energy will shortlist vendors and invite them to participate in a closed Request for Proposal (RFP) to present their “off the shelf” solution and provide a proposal to the scope requirements further set out in the RFP.
