- Deliver a scalable solution that enables the automation of all Ministerial processes
- Deliver a solution which integrates with TRIM (HPE Content Manager) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Cloud)
- Solution to be accessible on any device
- Plan, design and implementation services for delivery of solution
- Provision of on-going maintenance and development of solution
- Be consistent with Main Roads corporate platforms (client, network management and security).
