The following Request for Proposal will open October 31, 2020.
TR-RF0222 - Supply and Install a Workforce Management System (WMS)
TasRail invites interested software vendors to submit a costed proposal to supply and commision a new Workforce Management System (WMS). This RFP is specifically intended for suppliers with existing software and the necessary and relevant product, experience, personnel to implement a complete WMS.
Key Points of RFP:
- affordable "off-the-shell" product that requires minimal or no customisation by the Vendor preferred;
- a fully supported product with readily accessible employee service options;
- the installed or hosted software will initially support Train Operatonal Staff Management with automated rostering, electronic timesheeting, tracking and reporting features, meeting compliance EA's.
- initial 130-person capacity incrementally expandable to 300;
- interface with or replicate FAID fatigue scoring system and integrate with Biarri BOSS, TechnologyOne & VTrack;
- reporting and analytics of the ability to interface with the PowerBI software;
- Azure or SAML authentication preferred;
- Tasmanian Government Buy Local Policy will apply to the selection criteria;
