Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The scope of works for this project involves refurbishment of various components at Building 1 Carlton Depot. Tasks include; remediating existing facade and structural defects, replacement of carpet and lino flooring, painting of internals including replacement of stained ceiling tiles, removal and replacement of existing window coverings with new film, new packaged air conditioning system, replacement of existing hot water system and refurbishment of bollards in the carpark.
