Works including construction of structural steel supporting a common party wall, footings, concrete works all as per the plans and specifications

Specifically footing and site preparation, concrete works and supply and installation of structural steel, works. Demolition of the existing buttress wall and lowering of the brick wall and screen forms a previous contract of works (demolition 7 Hobson Street South Yarra) these works do not form part of this contract.
