Indigo Shire Council are seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to supply and install a new 30 x 12.5 shed. The shed will be erected on vacant land adjacent to the existing SES Shed in Crawford St Chiltern. Once the SES are relocated the existing Shed will be demolished by others.
The Metal Shed will be Medium industrial with a lowest eave height of 4.0m. A Roof Pitch of between 10 and 18 Degrees is desirable and should include sisalation. 1 bay will have access roller doors at each side of the shed to enable drive through capability.
Scope Of Works
Supply and erect Shed to the requested dimensions
- Allow for all external personal access doors, Door Frames and Keyed alike Door hardware
- Allow for all Roller Doors including connection to an isolator for each motor (connection to power by others). All Roller Doors will be minimum 3.6 m Wide x 3.5m High allowing an entry height of 3.4m
- A Skylight of clear Fibreglass sheet will be required above each Garage bay.
- Include Bracing to ensure no clashes with doors and windows.
Note: Allow for Windows to be Double Glazed for future Section J compliance
5. Provide hold down bolts or connections for columns to be placed (if required) by concreter prior to slab pour.

9. Colourbond Roof Guttering
10. Colourbond or UPVC Downpipes to ground level
11. Provide Shed design drawings for Approval
