Tender Description
Southern Grampians Shire Council wish to invite qualified contractors to tender on the replacement of the roof at the Hamilton Performing Arts Centre (PAC). Works include the removal of the current roof and replace with a new like for like roof, with some minor maintenance works (no structural changes are proposed).
Tenderers are encouraged to visit the site and conduct a detailed inspection before tendering to have satisfied themselves as to the extent of the works required.
