Barwon Health is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) BH_2020-1018 for the provision of Custom Procedure Packs (CPP) for Operating Services and Cardiac Catheter Laboratory at Barwon Health, Geelong.
Barwon Health (BH) is the primary provider of health care to the residents in the Barwon South West Region of Victoria.
BH are seeking a suitable organisation to deliver high quality Sterile Custom Procedure Packs (CPP) for Operating Services and Cardiac Catheter Laboratory at Barwon Health, University Hospital Geelong (BH). The service must include:
- Supply of raw materials
- Manufacture/ assembly and Sterilisation of CPPs to the Bill of Materials (BOM) to the specified forecasted CPP quantities
- Delivery to BH’s Inwards Goods delivery point the day following submission of BH purchase orders, to the quantities listed on each BH order in line with demand
It is preferred a single organisation provide all the requested clinical services.
The contract will be for a period of 3 years from the commencement date. If the Health Service notifies the Contractor in writing that it wishes to do so, the Parties may enter into a further agreement for 2 years. An additional year may also occur via this same process
