Tender Description

The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Design and Construction of a Netball Court Shelter (Court 3) at Pinks Reserve, Kilsyth on 115-123 Liverpool Road, Kilsyth (‘the Works’).

 
Tenderers are advised that the construction start date shall be no later than 7th December 2020 and the project must reach Practical Completion by no later than 26th March 2021. Works must be handed over before April 2021 to enable commencement of the 2021 Netball Season.
 
As per preliminary Architectural design and Arborist report, 1 tree will be impacted and has been identified to be removed (refer Arborist Report). The removal of the tree requires a planning permit due to the Significant Landscape overlay on this site. Centrum Architects (Lead Consultant) has applied for this permit and currently awaiting the issue.
 
Please refer to Principal amendments to AS 4902-2000 Clause 45 (in this tender document) – the Principal authorises the Contractor to, and the Contractor must, manage or control the Workplace to the extent necessary to discharge the duties imposed on a principal contractor under the OHS Regulations etc.
