The Harbour Trust is proposing to undertake significant capital works to Middle Head comprising heritage restoration and adaptive reuse to the '10 terminal’ campus of buildings’, the creation of extensive high quality public domain & landscaping to the precinct, and a significant program of heritage interpretation. The Harbour Trust is seeking registrations of Expression of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced professional groups in the fields of Architecture, Heritage Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Engineering.
The Harbour Trust is proposing to tender these Consultancy Services in November 2020 with construction works to commence in August of 2021.
The information obtained through this request will be used to develop a shortlist of ‘prequalified’ consultants that will then be invited to tender for the consultancy Services for this project. For inclusion on this shortlist, Respondents are required to demonstrate compliance with all Conditions of this REOI.
