Tender Description
The Victorian WorkCover Authority (WorkSafe Victoria) is seeking to engage a Service Provider to manage and deliver preventative maintenance services for equipment at it's offices across Victoria.
WorkSafe is seeking responses for the provision of these services for three years with an option of extension for a further two years in one year increments.
Services to include:
Electrical:
- Testing and Tagging
- Exit and Emergency Lighting Maintenance
- Switchboard Thermography
- RCD Testing
Fire Safety:
- Fire/Smoke Resistant Door Maintenance Checks
- Fire Extinguishers, Hydrants and Blankets - Maintenance
Mechanical Equipment Maintenance:
- Mechanical Ventilation Maintenance Checks
