Advance Tender Notice (ATN) for the provision of Forest and Fire Fleet Earthmoving and Material Handling Mobile Plant
(Dozers, Excavators, Graders, Backhoes, Multi Terrain Loaders, Front End Loaders, Tractors)
ATN No. 341090
The Department of Environment Water Land and Planning (DELWP), Forest and Fire Fleet Unit is seeking to establish supply arrangements with one or more suitably experienced suppliers of goods and services to Purchase or Lease, (Purchasing Arrangements) various size and class category Earthmoving and Material Handling Mobile Plant, (Mobile Plant). This includes but is not limited to, attachments, warranty, fixed priced schedule servicing, parts and consumables (Services).
DELWP at its sole discretion may elect to enter into any one of the following Purchasing Arrangements for any Mobile Plant class categories and Services requested:
- preferred Supplier status for one or more Mobile Plant class categories and Services;
- a panel supply arrangement for one or more Mobile Plant class categories and Services or
- a combination of both a. and b. above
