Tender Description

The works involve the supply of all necessary labour, plant, equipment, materials and expertise for the upgrade of the Baxter Park Reserve Soccer Pitch to a FIFA Standard pitch.

The works include but are not limited to the following items:

  • Site clearing and vegetation removal as indicated on the construction drawings
  • Environmental and site protection
  • Demolition of existing redundant light towers and electrical cabling/conduits
  • Site set out and management
  • Earthworks
  • Drainage
  • Concrete edge strips
  • Pavement works
  • Drainage cell
  • Synthetic turf and shockpad installation
  • Fencing
  • Concrete paths, ramps and stairs
  • Accessible car park construction
  • Supply of goal posts, netting, flags, etc
  • FIFA compliance testing
