len Eira City Council (Council) invites tenders for a suitably qualified consultancy firm to provide project management and superintendent’s representative services for the oversight of the construction of Murrumbeena Community Hub in Murrumbeena (28 Gerald Street, Murrumbeena).

The new facility will incorporate:

• three community meeting/multi-purpose rooms;

• 140 seated function room with kitchen;

• fully accessible showers and toilet facilities;

• a Changing Places facility;

• sports club change facilities and social space; and

• a new car park, with a new entrance off Gerald Street.

Project management services will include contract management as well as representing Council as the Superintendent’s Representative, management of all service providers currently engaged on the project, including the lead consultant team comprising a principal consultant and sub-consultant for all design and the provision of appropriate advice to protect the Principal’s interests and those of its stakeholders
