Monash Health are seeking a suitable supplier to provide preventative maintenance services for Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV’s) which includes Testing, Servicing and Repair. All tenderers to provide a cost for annual & 5 yearly pricing separately
Scope of Supply
The key deliverable is timely preventative and reactive services for all of the TMV’s and related areas. The scope of services consists of a comprehensive maintenance program that includes the following major categories:
Perform preventative maintenance for the equipment under Australian Standards, manufacturer’s recommendations and industry best practice. Refer to Part B Statement of Requirements for further information.
