Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) is a dedicated government body charged with planning and delivering major road projects in Victoria. MRPV is a division of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA), an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport.

MRPV is seeking to establish a supplier panel of lead designers to deliver MRPV projects over a five (5) year term plus a five (5) year extension option (MRPV Design Panel).

The request for proposal for the MRPV Design Panel (RFP), Part A - General Information and Proposal Requirements is published here at https://www.tenders.vic.gov.au. The full RFP is published in the Electronic Data Room (EDR) established by MRPV for this tender process.

MRPV will host an RFP briefing on 23 September 2020 that interested parties may choose to attend. Further information will be provided in coming days to interested parties registered in the EDR.

All communications in relation to this RFP will be managed through the Tender Manager via the EDR.

To ensure that all interested parties can access and are kept up-to-date with information on this RFP, interested parties must request access to the EDR by completing the EDR User Access Request Form nominating at least three (3) initial users, and sending the completed form to MRPV.ProgramApproach@roadprojects.vic.gov.au. Access can be requested for subsequent additional users via the EDR.
