Tender Description
The Department oversees a suite of programs that deliver building and infrastructure services to schools, and through this RFT, is seeking Expression of Interest to participate in the upcoming RFT to deliver rectification works.
Short-listed suppliers selected as part of this process will be invited to participate in the tender process.
The Department conducted an audit of Septic Systems at 186 schools in the last financial year.
Victorian government schools were assessed with:
1. Septic tank operation and system output.
2. Needs and conditions of schools with septic waste Management based on current standards
Based on these audits, 53 schools require rectification works including desludging, replacing or installing new risers and pit lids, as well as replacement of distribution pits.
The Department has a list of contractors it has selected from Construction Supplier Register (CSR); and through this forward notice, we would like to call upon other contractors with considerable demonstrated experience to express their interest to participate in this tender.
