Tender Description
The University invites Expressions of Interest from Principal Consultants who demonstrate, to the University's satisfaction, resources and capability at a level that meets the requirements for the planning and design of the University's proposed new Information Capability Institute on Lot Fourteen.
The University invites Expressions of Interest from experienced Principal Consultants who are able to demonstrate:
- sufficient and appropriately skilled resources with proven experience and expertise in the design documentation and procurement of major building and fit-out projects with specialist technical expertise and capability in office accommodation,
- collaboration spaces,
- research and dry lab facilities with some areas intended to include security levels (zones 3 and 4) potentially up to zone 5.
