The Department of Education and Training is supporting Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services to fill vacancies of teachers and educators required for children in early childhood education and care programs, with a focus on areas and roles that are deemed to be in hard-to-staff locations as defined by a process of prioritisation applied by the Department.

 This invitation seeks responses to two related recruitment services. These services have been combined into one procurement in recognition of the similarities in providing recruitment services (both ongoing and casual) in the ECEC sector. While it is expected that potential suppliers will respond to delivering both of the services outlined in this Invitation, it is possible to provide the Offer to just Service One or Service Two.

 Service One: Provide targeted and time critical recruitment support to kindergarten services in locations that require teachers to deliver Three-Year-Old Kindergarten in 2021.

Service Two: Provide a dedicated pool of casual relief teachers and educators for kindergarten services in regional bushfire impacted areas between October 2020 and June 2021.
