Expression of Interest Early Years Management Provider Register

⁠⁠⁠Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Early Years Management (EYM) providers for inclusion on a Pre-Qualified Register of Providers (Register).

This EOI is not a procurement for a specific opportunity, and no lease or service agreement will be awarded as a result of this EOI process. Instead, this EOI is being undertaken to establish a Register of prequalified providers for future leasing and service provision opportunities, which enables Council to identify providers with the capability, experience and governance capacity to deliver EYM services. This EOI forms stage one of a two-stage sourcing model.

The establishment of this Register is designed to support consistent, fair, transparent and efficient approaches to engaging suitably qualified EYM providers. The Register is intended to promote competition through shortlisted proposal processes and ensure timely progression of future annual facility opportunities.
