Tender Description
The After Hours Research and Development Models aim to address the findings and key themes from the After Hours Co-design process to support the development of innovative initiatives that integrate and streamline after hours service provision and support collaborative approaches, with a particular focus on:
- Telehealth
- Care coordination and workforce development
- Access to after hours primary health care services
- Aged Care
Projects funded under the After Hours Research and Development Models may address one or more of these priority areas and will be required to align with one or more of the 10 primary and/or 4 secondary after hours service design constraints listed above, as these represent best practice for the delivery of after hours primary health care services.
