Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for demolishing existing structures & Services for Hi City as detailed in this Specification. The site have disused building that is in a dilapidated condition.  The original facility including disused building, foundations and services are still present on this site. 

As part of the Banyule City Council's Capital Works Programme for the year 2020-21, Council is planning to undertake the redevelopment of the Bellfield site. As part of the redevelopment Council is proposing to demolish existing structures & services to HI City as detailed in the Specification.
