Tender Description
Development Victoria (DV) will release an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Facilities Management and Security services for a large (32ha) inner Melbourne site.
The procurement will be completed via a two-phase process (EOI and RFP). The successful contractor will need to demonstrate capability and experience in facilities management and security services for large scale industrial sites undergoing redevelopment. Property contract management experience is also desirable.
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria and the Social Procurement Framework.
The successful bidder will be engaged under Development Victoria's Maintenance Service Agreement.
