Tender Description
Council requires an organisation to rebuild our website platform. This includes new infrastructure plus rebuilding the site in Drupal 9 (currently in Drupal 7).
The vendor will have proven technical experience across the stack for Drupal as well as a track history in building best practice around managing large volumes of content and user traffic.
Council in this Expression of Interest stage will shortlist Respondents based on the evaluation criteria specified in Part 2 Special Conditions.
Shortlisted Respondents will then be invited to a series of workshops to further understand Council requirements before being invited to submit an offer to Council.
Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in eProcure and not to any invidual Council Officer. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.
Council is not bound to accept any Offer, including the lowest priced, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Council or Staff shall disqualify the relevant Respondent.
Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal Competitive Bid will not be considered.
