Tender Description
Development Victoria is seeking to procure an experienced design team to provide architecture and landscape architecture advice to inform decision making on the proposed redevelopment of a site in North Melbourne.
The procurement will be conducted via a single stage Selective Tender from a relevant category of the Construction Supplier Register. The successful bidder will need to demonstrate capability in leading complex, precinct scale master planning projects including experience in the life sciences, health, technology and education sectors.
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria with bidders expected to contribute to Social Procurement Framework outcomes.
The successful bidder will be engaged to deliver construction services under Development Victoria’s Major Services Consultancy Agreement.
