Coffs Harbour Bypass - Acoustic Treatment Consulting Services

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from appropriately qualified and experienced consultants for the provision of ‘at-property’ acoustic treatments for the properties identified in the Updated Noise and Vibration Assessment Report. Under the Contract, the scope of services of the Consultant will be to; confirm, scope, design, package the works, manage delivery and undertake surveillance through to completion while reporting to Transport for NSW (TfNSW). TfNSW will engage the Building Contractor’s for the supply and installation of the acoustic treatments separate to this Contract.

The requirements for these works are outlined in the Request for Tender, Professional Services Contract, and the Description of Services Brief supplied.

By submitting a Proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), Tenderers agree that they accept the following condition:

The successful Tenderer will be engaged by the Principal to, amongst other activities, provide recommendations for the appointment of Building Contractors and will assist TfNSW in the administration of these Building Contracts/Contractors. As such, Tenderers should note that the successful Tenderer will be unable to participate as a future tenderer in any further tender process related to the installation of the `at-property noise treatment works 'on the Coffs Harbour Bypass Project. This exclusion extends to any Tender, as a potential contractor or subcontractor, lodged by a subsidiary or related entity of the successful Tenderer in response to a TfNSW tender process associated with the `at property noise treatment works' on the Coffs Harbour Bypass Project.
