Tender Description
Council is seeking EOI for an independent vacancy on its Audit and Risk Committee from suitably qualified people with a broad overall experience and knowledge base with governance and financial experience.
The Audit and Risk Committee is a formally appointed Committee responsible to the Council. Its role is to report Council and provide appropriate advice and recommendations on matters relative to its Audit and Risk Charter. The Committee is made up of seven members including the Mayor, two other Councillors and four independent members.
The term of appointment will be for three years from the date appointment by Council.
