Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:

Removal of existing evaporative cooling and installation of new A/C, fresh air supply, ceiling fans, controls, temperature, CO2 and enthalpy sensors, and associated electrical works including EDB and MSB modifications or replacements and building repair works.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
