Tender Description
The role will be required to assists the Assistant Director, Information and Knowledge Management in the implementation of an upgrade to and ongoing support of the electronic document and records management system. The role will be required to support the following key activities:
• Testing of the upgrade
• Development and delivery of user education and support
• Enhancement and update of the support knowledge base
• Business engagement and support for uptake of enhanced capabilities
• Other requirements as directed
The role is responsible for undertaking work that is moderately complex and/or sensitive in nature, under limited direction, utilising expertise and knowledge within the area of records and information management.
