Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor for the lease and management of the Gymnastics Centre and / or Indoor Sport Centre, as part of the Heffron Centre, Maroubra.

This is a two (2) stage procurement process. It is at Council’s ultimate discretion as to whether it seeks Tenders for both the Gymnastics Centre and Indoor Sports Centre, or either the Gymnastics Centre or Indoor Sports Centre, as an outcome of this EOI process.

It is anticipated that initially, following the procurement process, an Agreement for Lease will be entered into between Council and the Contractor, with a Lease formalised and executed once the Heffron Centre is completed.

The anticipated Lease Term is a period of five (5) years plus a five (5) year option.
