Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from interested Drafting Consultants, with a view to appointing a panel of consultants who can provide drafting services for various building projects up to a value of $200,000.
It is intended to appoint up to 5 drafting consultants to the panel.
Projects will vary in nature and value including alterations to existing buildings, such as sporting pavilions, childcare centres, Council offices and depots, and other miscellaneous Council buildings.
Services required will include preparation of concept and detailed designs. As required, you may need to engage/coordinate other consultants including structural, electrical, access consultants, quantity surveying, and building surveyor.
All submissions should demonstrate your experience in undertaking projects as described above particularly for local government.
