Tender Description
Currently Council have a legacy workflow integration between Technology One's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) application and Conquest Solutions Asst Management application which is needing to be replaced in line with these system upgrades.
This legacy workflow was setup in 2003 and it currently provides the following:
The ability to have requests that are registered in ECM automatically initiate work requests within Conquest.
To have the status of actions initiated by ECM update when the action is completed within Conquest
