Tender Description
In 2018 strong winds caused significant damage to the Aldinga Bay Surf Life Saving Club Clubrooms. Because of the extensive damage council resolved to demolish and renew the asset.
The Aldinga Bay Surf Life Saving Club site is located at the end of Norman Road, Silver Sands, South Australia. The site has a recently constructed storage facility in an open space foreshore position. The site has no constraining surrounding infrastructure.
