Tender Description
The City of Greater Dandenong (the “Principal”) invites tenders for: Construction of new Ross Reserve Pavilion (the “Project”) as detailed in the Tender Documents.
A Green Star 5-star Equivalent project - New sports pavilion and associated external works, including but not limited to carpark, access roadway, external services, services upgrades, and integration with existing sports fields.
Alternatives may only be considered if specifically nominated as part of the tender submission with a confirmation of equivalent/alternate price. Alternatives will only be considered during post tender negotiations. The submitted tender must assume no alternates are accepted.
It is the contractors responsibility to research and confirm all alternate materials are of an equivalent std and applicable for their proposed use under this contract. It is the contractors responsibility to confirm and ensure compliance with current Australian standards.
Tenderers are advised that the Principal will not process any requests for tender clarification that are received within four working days prior to the Closing Time and Date for Lodgement of Tenders
