Drainage Design of the Shepparton Stadium & Munarra Precinct - Lump Sum Contract

⁠⁠⁠Greater Shepparton City Council seek the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to complete the drainage design package and landscape master plan in accordance with the strategy for the Shepparton Sports Stadium, Munarra Development and Rumbalara Complex.

The works are to include geotechnical investigation, feature survey, functional and detailed drainage, functional and detailed landscape design, 3D visualisation / animation, pump station design, cost estimates and tender documentation including specifications and schedules for the proposed works and landscape master plan.

Tenders can be only lodged on line. Please note Greater Shepparton City Council no longer accepts hardcopy tenders. Please submit all tenders through the TenderSearch website.

It is Council’s policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.

Council will not accept any tender submissions by facsimile, or by e-mail.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

• Contract 2060 - Drainage Design of the Shepparton Stadium & Munarra Precinct is a Lump Sum Contract. Council expressly advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in the section provided will result in your tender not being evaluated.
• THE LUMP SUM BREAKDOWN CONTAINED IN SCHEDULE 1 REQUIRES BOTH THE RATE AND AMOUNT TO BE COMPLETED ENTIRELY.
• All Tender Schedules 1-8 (inclusive) must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
• You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• All submissions must be submitted via this online portal; submissions made through any other means will not be accepted or considered.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• You are encouraged to upload your submission early to avoid missing out.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Greater Shepparton City Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
• All communications regarding the submission must be via the online forum. If you have any questions or require assistance, you must lodge an online query through the QUESTIONS tab.
