Tender Description
The need for a long term strategic plan for aquatics provision within the Gannawarra Shire has been identified in Council’s Sport and Recreation Strategy 2019. Therefore, Gannawarra Shire Council is seeking Consultancy Services to undertake an Aquatic Strategy. The strategy will include a review of Council’s existing Aquatic Plans/strategies, undertake a current condition assessment and determine the ongoing operational and financial viability of Aquatic Facilities within the municipality. The strategy will provide information and establish recommendations to assist the Council in ongoing Swimming Pool Capital Works; determine the community’s need for its aquatic facilities; include a financial analysis, reflect Council’s operational practices and determine of a plan for the future.
