Level 3 Playground Comprehensive Inspections of all Council Playgrounds, Outdoor Gym Stations and Pre-School Playgrounds within the Rural City of Wangaratta Council requires inspections of all Council Playgrounds, Splash Park, Outdoor Gym Stations and Pre-School Playgrounds within the Rural City of Wangaratta by a qualified Level 3 Playground Inspector.
A comprehensive annual inspection is required to be carried out on all Council Playgrounds, Splash Park, Outdoor Gym Stations and Pre-Schools within the Rural City of Wangaratta complying with Australian Standards.
This inspection is used to determine the overall safety and condition of the playground, including any equipment and surfacing. The purpose of the comprehensive Playground Inspection is to identify any non-conformances, potential hazards and maintenance issues. Non-conformances are assessed and reported with a level of risk based on a risk assessment process.
