Tender Description
Tenders are invited for a Web Content Management System (WCMS).
The WCMS will house the Sunshine Coast Council’s corporate website and a range of sub-sites with varying target audiences. Council is seeking to engage an implementation partner that will work closely with the project team to implement the WCMS and undertake the rebuild and migration of these sites to the chosen platform.
It is anticipated that the implementation partner will provide a full managed service and demonstrate expertise in:
- Project management, planning and strategy
- User Experience (UX)
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Analytics
- Information Architecture (IA)
- Concept and design
- Integration and development
- Hosting / management of hosting services
- Application support
The chosen platform must fulfil a broad range of content management and delivery requirements out of the box, and future proof Council’s web development by offering a scalable, flexible solution that can grow with our business needs.
This contract is for an initial period commencing on the Contract Start Date and ending on the date that is three (3) years after Go Live 1, with the option of seven (7) further 12-month extensions
