The City of Boroondara forms part of the inner eastern region of metropolitan Melbourne and shares its borders with the cities of Banyule, Manningham, Monash, Stonnington, Whitehorse and Yarra. In 2019, Council outlined a bold strategy to put the customer at the centre of everything it does. Underpinned by the Customer Experience Improvement Strategy (CEIS), Council has initiated its Boroondara Customer First Program (BC1) Program and now intends to implement the vision of a customer-centric organisation through a modern and futuristic operating ecosystem.
This EOI will support the Council in delivering its BC1 Program by obtaining greater certainty on its roadmap, costs and benefits for its priority technology platform, Data & Analytics by inviting the market to propose solutions and indicative pricing to better understand how data and analytics software vendors’ OOTB capabilities can meet Council’s future needs.
It is important to note that this Data & Analytics EOI has been prepared as part of an interrelated set of five EOIs being issued at the same time. Each of the five EOI’s listed below, is intended to receive information from the market about potential solutions, how these solutions may cross-sect / link with requirements within other EOI’s and the indicative pricing to implement and maintain
