Tender Description
Knox City Council (Council) is seeking tenders for the construction of Pickett Reserve Spectator Seating.
The work to be performed under the contract is:
- Demolition and removal of existing asphalt, steps and street furniture;
- Earthworks to establish proposed levels;
- Concrete pavement works to improve accessibility and a continuous path of travel;
- New concrete tiered seating area;
- New concrete steps adjacent to new tiered seating area;
- Installation of tactile ground surface indicators (TGSI);
- Replacement of existing kerb and channel, where required;
- Installation of new bench seats;
- Installation of instant turf around project site adjacent to terrace seating; and
- 13 week maintenance and establishment period.
The work is to be performed at:
Pickett Reserve, 60 Commercial Road, Ferntree Gully 3156.
