Tender Description
Hume City Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified landscape architect (the Consultant) to undertake detail design and prepare construction tender documentation, for redevelopment works at Progress Reserve (10Ha), Coolaroo.
As a requirement under this engagement, the consultant(s) will:
• review and resolve (to construction documentation level), the design concepts and ideas identified in the Progress Reserve Master Plan or those identified as a result of subsequent enquiry or investigation.
• integrate car park and access road design (prepared by Council engineers) with the landscape design and final documentation package
• undertake all other necessary assessment and design services in specialist fields including (but not limited to) landscape architecture, lighting and electrical design, turf and irrigation design, playground design
• prepare all necessary tender and construction documentation (in accordance with relevant standards and codes) required to implement the recommendations of the Progress Reserve Master Plan
• be available to provide ongoing communication regarding project updates and related issues, to Councils Project Officer
